Corrugated stainless steel tubes are used for arranging various types of engineering communications. They are used in heating systems, hot and cold water supply, fire extinguishing, for arranging water heated floors.

Corrugated tube is also used as a flexible connection to gas-consuming equipment and as a sealed metal hose when laying electrical and communication networks.

Installation of the Stahlmann corrugated tube doesn`t require special tools, just a pipe cutter and two wrenches are enough. This is important for rooms with difficult installation conditions, as well as for rooms where welding is prohibited. Corrugated tubes are easily bent by hand without changing the flow area, this allows you to mount pipelines of complex shape with a minimum number of fittings. A corrugated stainless steel tube isn`t afraid of water hammer and “defrosting” in cold weather - the corrugation compensates for all tube extensions when the liquid in it freezes.

For the Stahlmann range of fittings, we have developed our own design of the tube clamping mechanism, which ensures the highest possible reliability of the pipe connection.

In our fittings, the tube is fixed with a metal ring, and when a small force is applied, the tightness of the tube won`t be broken. The fixing ring is made from the same material as the tube itself (304 stainless steel). There is no galvanic couple between them, which provides additional protection against corrosion.
